Family Status: I have the greatest wife Shannon. She is sweet, tender hearted and very beautiful inside and out! She loves Jesus and is a great mother to our daughter, Krissa. She is also a very successful career woman that loves Jesus and enjoys life. Did I mention she has a great voice, too? She wouldn’t say all of this about herself, so I will. (Our original wedding date was interrupted by “the blizzard” in March of 1993. We married a week later)

Good Advice: 1.) Don’t live in your past. Your past doesn’t determine your future, your present does. Change today! 2.) Don’t be afraid or too proud to ask for advice. “Wisdom” is never afraid to ask for direction.

Pet Peeve(s): When parents mistreat their children. I see parents degrade, abuse, and destroy their children’s character by taking out their “bad day” on the kids through frustration and anger.

As parents we are responsible to shape and develop their character with the same love God shows us. He allows for mistakes and messes. He gives us room to “grow” by His Grace and Mercy (favor when it’s undeserved). We should show the same Grace and Mercy with our children. Discipline should be administered only after the parent(s) have cooled off and anger isn’t present.

Favorite music/group(s): Depends on what mood I’m in. I mix it up on my ipod!

Favorite TV show(s): CSI (Vegas, NY, and Miami) / ESPN I love Sports!!!!!!

Favorite Food(s): Hot wings, chips/salsa, pizza
